Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you and your little one to love every Aww!Rah piece. Because our accessories are personal-care items worn in the hair, please read our policy below.

Order cancellation

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund — just email aurahkidswear@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Hair accessories are worn in direct contact with the hair and scalp, so we're unable to resell returned items.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email aurahkidswear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer / UPI.
